On the 13th of February, 8 Ukrainian volunteers, including Condom Man, distributed 2500 condoms in the streets of Kiev, near two different metro stations. Each condom was attached to a “Gest HIV Test” card
A manifesto inviting to dialogue and to take action to make condoms more available was sent to 172 members of Parliament, Vilnius municipality and government representatives responsible for public health.
Several actions took place in one of Moscow’s universities and in the design factory “FLAKON” (a cultural and design center).
n Estonia, condom distribution took place inmalls and in the streets of Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, Kohtla-Jarve and Johvi on the 13th and 14th February.
